Conference Proceedings Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for presentation at another conference or for publication elsewhere.

    At the next step of the submission process, no file upload is required; applicants may simply click the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step.

Author Guidelines

Submission of a PowerPoint presentation is not required at the application stage.

Abstracts will be evaluated solely based on their scientific content.

The PowerPoint presentation may be uploaded at a later stage via the online platform.

The presentation must use the template provided by the organizers, be structured to fit within a 20‑minute time slot, and cover the following aspects:

  • A brief introduction to the selected topic, highlighting the added value of the research;
  • The research purpose and the methodological approach;
  • The key results of the research, along with a brief discussion;
  • The main conclusions.
